Consultant & Senior Consultant Transport Planners
Location: Birmingham
A major consultancy that specialises in the provision of planning, design and management services for infrastructure development worldwide is seeking a Consultant and Senior Consultant Transport Planner for its Birmingham Office.
You will be expected to assist in the delivery of Transport Planning projects, including the analysis of problems and production of solutions using appropriate transportation modelling and computer software.
For the Consultant Transport Planner position you will ideally hold a degree and a postgraduate qualification in Transport Planning (or a related subject) and you will have at least 2 years experience of working on Transportation Planning projects in both the public and private sector.
For the Senior Consultant Transport Planner position you will possess a postgraduate qualification in Transport Planning (or similar). Ideally MIHT or MILT qualified, you will have at least 4 years experience of working on Transportation Planning projects in both the public and private sector.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal and a proven ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams are essential for both positions.
